DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!
I have contacted American Home Shield and filed a complaint. I also sent them a screenshot of the message she sent me. American Home Shield said that she violated their contract. I asked what was going to happen. AHS stated that they are suspending their contract until further official training can take place, is the very least that will be done.
We have a home warranty. CUB was sent out. They came diagnosed the problem then called the warranty company refusing to come out to fix the problem due to working conditions. Stating there was urine and feces everywhere! Now, I will admit, it is a mess down there! But there ABSOLUTELY is NOT any urine or feces!!
I have received a Facebook message from Kelli Lyons, one of the owns of CUB. She was threatening me to remove my comments or she was going to publicly post a video they took inside my home.

Last week I had Cub Heating and Cooling out of Cadet, MO out to have a look at my central a.c. unit. I paid the $75 for them to come out and he said there was nothing wrong. "When it gets this hot you just need a larger unit if you want to keep it at 70 in your house." The next day, it was 88 outside and 85 inside, he came back out and again and said that my unit was functioning perfectly. I then called Crystal, they came out, replaced my start capacitor, my a.c. is freezing us out now. To my friends, do not use Cub Heating And Cooling, they are incompetent and apparently only after the upsale, not to mention rude and crooks. They are a "good Christian family" though.
We have had previous issues with this company. The man will tell you something. Then when it doesn't happen you call the office, the woman that answers the phone gets ignorant and rude and hateful with you and says that you are lying!
Took our money and haven't came to fix anything. We have someone who can't be cold or she could get very sick, and they won't answer the phone. We have called many times and nothing. I wouldn't even give them one star.
